Refund policy

If you wish to return your order please do so within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return, please contact us at info@trainloop.com to let us know you wish to do so and we will confirm the return address.

The return postage, which should be recorded, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please let us know the tracking details of your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Each bespoke Trainloop is made to your specific requirements, therefore we do not accept returns or refunds unless your Trainloop has arrived faulty or damaged, as each item is bespoke. In accordance with Consumer Protection Regulations for online trading and distance selling, we are not obliged to accept returns or refunds on any customised/bespoke items.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we do not accept liability for any damage to a garment or personal injury when using the Trainloop.

The products sold by Trainloop Limited are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and /or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or any products or services from Trainloop Limited
